Popularisation events of the Czech Academy of Sciences (CAS) intended for the public are organised by the Division of External Relations of the Centre of Administration and Operations of the CAS. The main mission of the division is to fulfil the strategy and vision of the CAS via popularisation efforts and by publicising the Academy’s research results and findings. Its long-term focus is on facilitating and increasing communication between the CAS and the professional and general public and on organising significant promotional and educational projects. It constitutes an important tool for creating a positive media image of the CAS and presenting this esteemed research institution to the public.
